Classic Tiramisu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None eggs, separated
    2/3 cup granulated sugar
    9 oz mascarpone
    1/3 cup coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua)
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream, whipped
    28 None Ladyfinger cookies
    2 tbsp instant coffee granules, dissolved in 2 cups warm water
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
Preparation
    In a large bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy. Gently mix in mascarpone and liqueur then fold in whipped cream. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks then fold in. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 mins.
    Dip 1/2 the cookies in coffee then use to line a large baking dish. Cover with 1/2 the mascarpone mixture. Repeat layers with remaining cookies, coffee and mascarpone mixture. Cover and chill for 4 hours. Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
