Mocha Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz milk or semi-sweet chocolate, broken into pieces
    4 None eggs, separated
    1 tbsp Kahlua or other liqueur of choice
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    None None Whipped cream and grated chocolate, to garnish
Preparation
    Place chocolate in a bowl set over a saucepan of gently simmering water (do not let base of bowl touch water). Stir for 2-3 mins or until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in egg yolks and Kahlua. Cool slightly.
    Whip cream in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form. Gently fold into chocolate mixture.
    Beat egg whites in a clean, dry bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Lightly fold into chocolate mixture until well blended.
    Spoon into six dessert glasses. Cover and refrigerate overnight until firm. Garnish with additional whipped cream and grated chocolate.
