Satay Pork Lettuce Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp sesame oil
    10 oz ground pork
    1 None small red onion, peeled and finely chopped
    1 None red pepper, deseeded and chopped finely
    1/2 cup green beans, finely sliced
    1/2 cup satay sauce
    1 tbsp water
    8 None iceberg lettuce leaves, chilled
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat. Add the pork and cook for 3-4 mins until tender and starting to brown, breaking up the lumps with back of a spoon.
    Add the onion, pepper, beans, satay sauce and water and stir fry for 2-3 mins, until the onion is tender and the sauce has reduced.
    Spoon the pork mixture evenly into chilled lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
