Radish, Smoked Trout And Watercress Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    None None Mustard Dressing
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 tbsp sour cream
    2 tsp Dijon mustard
    None None Radish, Smoked Trout and Watercress Salad
    1 lb smoked trout, skin and bones removed, flesh flaked into bite-sized pieces
    3 None mini cucumbers, peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped, a little reserved to garnish
    1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
    1/2 None daikon radish, thinly sliced
    1 bunch watercress, tough stems removed
    1 bunch fresh chives, snipped, a few reserved to garnish
Preparation
    To make the mustard dressing, whisk together all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Season.
    Combine smoked trout, cucumbers, dill and 1/2 the dressing. Toss to combine.
    In a separate bowl, combine radishes, watercress and chives. Toss with remaining dressing. Combine with smoked trout mixture and sprinkle with reserved herbs.
