Mini Chicken And Olive Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 None pita breads
    1 cup pizza sauce
    2 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
    1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks in natural juice, drained
    1/2 cup drained roasted red pepper, sliced
    1/2 cup black olives
    1 cup crumbled feta cheese
    1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease two large baking sheets. Place the pita breads on the pans. Spread each evenly with pizza sauce.
    Top with chicken, pineapple, red pepper, olives, feta and grated cheese.
    Bake for 8-10 mins or until golden. Serve sprinkled with pine nuts.
