Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None turkey breast steaks
    1 tbsp oil
    4 None hamburger buns, halved
    60 g English mustard
    60 g tomato ketchup
    100 g lettuce, torn into pieces
    100 g gherkins, sliced
    2 None tomatoes, sliced
    30 g French fried onions
    None None Fresh flat-leaf parsley, for garnish
Preparation
    Season the turkey with salt and white pepper. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry for 2-3 mins on each side, until browned.
    Brush the bottom halves of the buns with mustard and the upper halves with ketchup. Layer the lettuce, pickles, turkey, tomatoes and onions on the bottom buns and place the lids on top. Garnish with parsley.
