Classic Piña Colada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    None None Sugar Syrup
    1 1/8 cups sugar
    None None Pina Colada
    1 oz white rum
    1 oz dark rum
    3 oz pineapple juice
    .75 oz sugar syrup
    1.5 oz coconut cream
    None Handful ice cubes
    None Dash Angostura bitters
Preparation
    To make sugar syrup, stir sugar and 1 cup water in small saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered and without stirring, for 5 mins. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month.
    To make pina coladas, blend all ingredients until smooth and pour into 2 tulip-shaped glasses.
