Fish And Pineapple Kebabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz firm fish fillets, cubed
    1/4 None pineapple, peeled and cubed
    1 None red pepper, seeded and cubed
    8 None bamboo skewers, soaked
    2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp oil
    None None Steamed rice, to serve
    None None Sliced green onions, to serve
Preparation
    Thread the cubed fish, pineapple and pepper onto the bamboo skewers. Place in a large dish. Mix chili sauce and soy sauce. Drizzle over the kebabs, turning to coat.
    Preheat the broiler to high heat. Place kebabs on a baking pan. Broil for 5-6 mins, turning, until browned and fish is cooked through. Serve with rice. Sprinkle with green onions.
