Salmon And Spinach Pasta Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz tagliatelle or fettucine pasta
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    6 oz baby spinach, coarsely chopped
    1 can (15 oz) pink or red salmon, drained and flaked
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    1 None lemon, peel grated and lemon juiced
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 1/2 cups grated aged Cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    None None Green salad, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
    Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to package directions. Drain and return to pan.
    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet on high heat. Saute the onion and garlic for 2-3 mins until tender. Add the spinach. Cook, stirring, for 2-3 mins until wilted.
    Add the spinach mixture, salmon, cream, lemon peel and juice, and red pepper flakes to the pasta. Combine the cheeses in a bowl and add half to the salmon mixture. Toss to mix well.
    Spoon the salmon mixture into the prepared dish. Sprinkle evenly with the remaining cheese.
    Bake for 30-35 mins until golden and bubbly. Serve with green salad.
