Balsamic Roasted Mushrooms With Feta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None portobello mushrooms, stems discarded
    2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
    1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
    3.5 oz feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
    Arrange mushrooms, top-side down, on a baking tray. Drizzle with vinaigrette and sprinkle with thyme. Roast for 15 mins.
    Serve mushrooms sprinkled with cheese.
