Fish Tortilla Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb boneless white fish, cut into cubes
    1 None lime, juiced
    1 None dash Tabasco sauce (optional)
    None None cooking oil spray
    8 None flour tortillas
    1 head iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
    2 None tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 None red onion, finely sliced
    1 oz fresh cilantro leaves
Preparation
    Combine fish and lime juice in a bowl. Add a dash of Tabasco, if using. Lightly spray a non-stick frying pan with cooking oil spray and heat on high. Cook fish 3-5 mins, until opaque and just cooked through.
    Meanwhile, warm tortillas according to package instructions and lay on a platter.
    Spoon fish, lettuce, tomato, onion and cilantro leaves in separate small bowls and serve with tortillas.
