Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz milk chocolate, finely chopped
    4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, chopped
    1 1/4 cups flour
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 None eggs
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
    1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Line 3 baking sheets with parchment paper.
    Melt chocolate and butter in a small saucepan on low heat, stirring occasionally until melted
    Sift flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a medium bowl.
    Beat eggs and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until well combined. Gradually beat in chocolate mixture and peanut butter on low speed. Mix in dry ingredients until well combined. Let stand for 5 mins until firm.
    Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Press tops into powdered sugar. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on prepared pans. Flatten slightly.
    Bake 10-15 mins, until cracked and slightly firm on the outside. Cool on pans 5 mins. Remove from pans; cool completely on a wire rack.
