Grilled Squid - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup Japanese soy sauce
    1/4 cup mirin
    1 tsp sugar
    8 None whole baby squid, cleaned
    1/4 tsp Lebanese seven-spice mix
Preparation
    Bring soy sauce, mirin and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 mins, or until thickened slightly. Let cool for 5 mins.
    Add squid to soy mixture, cover and refrigerate for 30 mins.
    Preheat grill and oil grates. Grill squid until tender. Slice squid bodies thinly. Serve sprinkled with spice mix.
