Thai Lamb With Chili And Mint - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup peanut oil
    1 lb lean lamb, cut into thin strips
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    1 tsp sugar
    1 None Thai chili, seeded, finely sliced
    3 tbsp fresh mint leaves, torn
    None None steamed rice, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry lamb for 2 mins, until almost browned. Add garlic, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and chili. Stir-fry for 2 mins, until lamb is cooked to your liking. Fold in mint.
    Serve with steamed rice.
