Triple Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup self-rising flour
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    3/4 cup butter, melted
    2.75 oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
    2.75 oz milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
    2.75 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped
    2 None large eggs, 1 whole, 1 yolk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line 5 baking sheets.
    In a large bowl, combine flours and sugars. Stir in butter, chocolates, eggs, and vanilla.
    Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls. Arrange evenly on prepared trays, leaving 2 inch space between each cookie. Flatten slightly with palm of hand.
    Bake in 2 batches, for 10-15 mins each, until golden. Cool on baking sheets.
