Thai Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp rice vinegar
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1/4 cup fish sauce
    2 None fresh small red Thai chilies, thinly sliced
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, lime juice, garlic, sugar and fish sauce. Set aside for 15 mins.
    Strain sauce, discarding garlic. Stir in the chilies and cilantro.
