Gnocchi With Spicy Tomato And Spinach Sauce - cooking recipe

12 oz jar arrabbiata, or spicy tomato-red pepper sauce
1/2 cup black olives
6 None anchovy fillets, drained, chopped
1 lb gnocchi
3 cups baby spinach
None None Shaved Parmesan, to serve
Preparation

Combine arrabbiata sauce, olives and anchovies in a saucepan. Heat on medium for 5 mins, until hot.
Meanwhile, cook gnocchi in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and toss through arrabbiata sauce.
Fold in half the spinach and season to taste. Toss over low heat until spinach just wilts. Serve sprinkled with black pepper, Parmesan and the remaining spinach.
