Steak Salad With Potatoes, Beets And Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb baby potatoes, halved
4 oz green beans, trimmed
2 tbsp creamed horseradish
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb beef sirloin
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp dill, chopped
4 oz mixed salad greens
16 oz can baby beets, drained, halved
Preparation

Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to boil on high and cook 10-12 mins until tender. Add green beans for final 1 min of cooking time.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine half of horseradish and oil. Season to taste. Brush on beef. Heat a medium frying pan on high. Cook beef 3 mins each side, or until cooked to taste. Transfer to a plate and let rest, covered, 5 mins.
For the dressing, whisk sour cream, dill and remaining horseradish together. Season to taste.
Arrange potatoes, beans, lettuce and beets on a large platter. Thinly slice beef and arrange on top. Drizzle with dressing to serve.
