Brie And Salmon Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

4 None baked potatoes, tops split open
4 None marinated artichokes, quartered
7 oz brie cheese, sliced
2 slices smoked salmon, halved
None None cranberry sauce, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Place potatoes on a baking tray lined with foil. Fill with artichokes and brie. Bake for 5 mins, until cheese melts. Top each potato with 2 slices of smoked salmon and a dollop of cranberry sauce.
