Spiced Chocolate Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    300 g plain flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    300 g brown sugar
    3 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
    200 g dark chocolate, half of it grated
    125 g butter
    5 None medium eggs
    200 ml milk
    100 ml whipping cream
    25 g coconut oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Stir in the sugar and the grated chocolate, then add the cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
    Next, add the butter, eggs, milk and cream and whisk with a hand blender or in a food processor until smooth.
    Grease a 10 inch loaf pan and dust with flour. Pour in the cake batter and bake on bottom rack 50-60 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool in the pan on a wire rack.
    Break the remaining chocolate into chunks and place in a pan with the coconut oil. Melt slowly over low heat, then remove from heat and allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Spread chocolate mixture over the top of the cake, allow to cool completely, and serve.
