Open Faced Turkey Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf ciabatta
2 tbsp oil
4 None turkey breasts (about 5 oz each)
1/4 cup green pesto
9 oz mozzarella, sliced
4 None medium tomatoes, sliced
None None Fresh basil, for garnish
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Sprinkle the ciabatta with water and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 mins. Allow to cool for 5 mins. Turn the oven temperature up to 475\u00b0F.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey for 4-5 mins, turning, until browned. Season to taste and set aside on paper towels.
Cut the ciabatta in half, then halve again horizontally. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread 2 tsp pesto over each piece, then top with the turkey, mozzarella and tomatoes. Spoon 1/2 tsp pesto on top of each turkey breast and season to taste. Bake for 5 mins. Garnish with basil.
