Pasta With Creamy Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    1 None onion, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2.5 oz mushrooms, sliced
    1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
    9 oz spaghetti, cooked, kept hot
    1 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, chopped
    None None grated Cheddar cheese, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large frying pan over low heat. Cook onion and garlic, covered, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 mins, until tender. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 2-3 mins. Add evaporated milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 mins. Add spaghetti and parsley and toss to combine. Season.
    Serve topped with grated Cheddar cheese.
