Spinach And Ham Tostadas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8.75 oz frozen spinach, thawed, excess moisture squeezed out
    7 oz ricotta cheese
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 None corn tortillas
    7 oz sliced ham
    10 None cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
    None None baby spinach, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line 2 baking trays with foil.
    Combine spinach with 3.5 oz ricotta and garlic. Spread over tortillas then place on prepared trays. Arrange ham and tomatoes over top. Sprinkle with remaining ricotta and mozzarella. Bake for 10-12 mins, until cheese melts and base is crispy.
    Serve topped with baby spinach. Season.
