Grilled Herb Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sprigs fresh rosemary
    About 16 None sage leaves
    5 tbsp olive oil
    800 g pork steaks (6)
Preparation
    Set aside 6 small pieces of rosemary stem and 6 sage leaves. Chop the remaining herbs and mix them into the oil, with some pepper, in a large shallow dish.\r\nAdd the chops, coat on both sides and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
    Preheat the grill. Take out the chops and shake off excess marinade. Put a sage leaf on each chop, holding them down with a small piece of wooden skewer.\r\nGrill the meat 4-5 mins on each side. \r\nSeason with salt, garnish with rosemary and serve immediately.
    Serve with potatoes and a sour cream sauce.
