Warm Apple Cake With Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 tbsp unsalted butter, melted, cooled
    1 None egg
    2 None golden delicious apples, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 cup chopped pecans
    None None whipped cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line base of an 8 inch springform pan.
    Whisk butter and egg until smooth. Add apple and sugar. Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon and a pinch of salt over apple mixture. Add nuts, mix well.
    Fill prepared pan and bake for 45-55 mins, until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Serve warm or at room temperature with whipped cream.
