Apple Berry Muesli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 cups rolled oats
1 cup apple juice
1 None apple, coarsely grated
1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
1/2 None lemon, juiced
1 cup mixed berries
1 tbsp honey
Preparation

Place oats and apple juice in a bowl. Cover and let stand at least 1 hour or overnight.
Stir in grated apple, yogurt and lemon juice just before serving. Spoon into serving bowls and top with berries and honey.
