Cherry-Cream Cheese Tart - cooking recipe

1 cup all-purpose flour + 2 tbsp
4 tbsp cocoa powder
2/3 cup granulated sugar
3 None eggs
5 1/2 tbsp butter, softened
2/3 lb cream cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cornstarch
1 None 14 oz jar of cherries, drained
Preparation

Mix the flour, cocoa powder, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, the butter and a pinch of salt into a smooth dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for about 30 mins.
Line a 10 inch loaf pan with parchment paper. Roll out 3/4 of the dough into a 6 x 11 1/2 inch rectangle. Transfer to the prepared pan and press into the bottom and sides. Chill for 30 mins.
Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla extract, remaining sugar, cornstarch and 2 eggs until smooth. Place the cherries in the loaf pan then add the cream cheese mixture over top. Roll the remaining dough out on a floured surface, break into pieces and place on top of the cake. Bake for 50-60 mins then allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
