Slow Roasted Spicy Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes onion soup mix
    1 tbsp ground cumin
    1 tbsp cayenne pepper
    1 tbsp sweet paprika
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    5 1/2 lbs Boton pork butt, boneless
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix the soup powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, paprika and ginger. Rub all over the pork. Place in a roasting pan, cover with aluminum foil and chill overnight.
    To cook, preheat the oven to 300\u00b0F. Remove the foil from the roasting pan and roast the pork for 5 hours, basting occasionally. Remove from the oven, cover and allow to rest for 10 mins.
