Chorizo, Mushroom And Tomato Skewers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 None button mushrooms
    1/2 cup store-bought French dressing
    4 None chorizo sausages, cut into 24 equal pieces
    1/2 None loaf day-old white bread, crust removed, cut into 1 inch cubes
    12 None cherry tomatoes
    None None Cooking oil spray
    None None Mixed greens, to serve
Preparation
    Combine mushrooms and dressing in a medium bowl; toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap; chill 15 mins to marinate.
    Drain mushrooms from dressing; reserve dressing.
    Thread chorizo, bread, tomato and mushrooms onto 12 skewers. Spray with oil.
    Preheat a grill or grill pan over moderate heat.
    Cook and turn skewers, in batches, basting with reserved dressing, 3-5 mins each batch or until golden and cooked.
    Place mixed greens on plates. Top with skewers, then serve immediately.
