Decadent Chocolate Dessert Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups flour
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 1/2 cups milk
    2 None large eggs
    3 oz chocolate pieces, melted, plus more, grated, to serve
    1 tbsp butter, melted
    None None whipped cream, to serve
    None None berries, to serve
    None None chocolate sauce, to serve
Preparation
    For the batter, sift flour into a bowl. Mix in sugar and make a well in center. In a separate bowl, combine milk and eggs, mixing until smooth. Whisk in the melted chocolate, then gradually whisk into the dry ingredients.
    Heat a small frying pan on medium. Brush with a little butter. Pour 1/8 of the batter into pan, swirling to cover base. Cook 1-2 mins. Flip and cook 30 seconds. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining batter, brushing pan with butter as needed. Fold crepes in half and top with whipped cream, berries, grated chocolate and chocolate sauce to serve.
