Fresh Peas With Caraway And Parmesan - cooking recipe

4 1/2 tbsp butter
1 tsp caraway seeds
2 tsp lemon zest
1 None small red onion, thinly sliced
1 1/4 lb fresh peas
3 tbsp roughly chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook caraway seeds, lemon zest and onion, stirring, until onion has softened. Add peas and cook, stirring, until peas are just tender. Stir in parsley and sprinkle with Parmesan.
