Passionfruit And Banana Sundae - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups heavy cream
2 tbsp lemon curd
1 3/4 oz store-bought neringue cookies, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup passionfruit pulp
4 None bananas, sliced

Preparation

Beat the cream and lemon curd in large bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
Layer the lemon cream, meringue pieces, passionfruit and banana among serving glasses.
