Ricotta And Feta Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    200 g feta cheese
    200 g ricotta cheese
    125 g soured cream
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 clove garlic, peeled
Preparation
    Process the cheeses, soured cream, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Serve cold with a platter of crudites.
