Vanilla Panna Cotta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 None wide strips orange zest, bruised
4 None cardamom pods, bruised
1 tbsp powdered gelatin, bloomed in 1/4 cup cold water for 5 mins
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups strawberries, washed, hulled
1 tbsp honey, warmed
1 tbsp fresh orange juice
Preparation

Lightly coat 6 - 4 oz small metal molds with oil.
Combine buttermilk, sugar, orange zest and cardamom. Add gelatin and stir over low heat until sugar and gelatin dissolve. Add yogurt and vanilla. Discard orange zest and cardamom. Distribute between prepared molds and chill for 3-4 hours, until firm.
Meanwhile, toss strawberries with honey and orange juice. Unmold panna cotta and serve with berries.
