Romano Bread Knots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 oz ready-made breadstick dough
    1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
    2 tbsp melted butter
    1 None egg white, beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
    Cut dough into 12 equal strips. Sprinkle 1/2 the cheese over a clean work surface. Place dough strips on cheese, brush with butter and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Form into knots and place on prepared pan. Brush with egg white and bake for 12-15 mins, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
