Beef Salad With Blue Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

2 None Rib eye steaks, cooked, thinly sliced
1 bunch watercress, trimmed
1/2 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
3 oz brazil nuts, toasted, chopped
2 None pears, cored, thickly sliced
None None Blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1/4 lb blue cheese, crumbled
None None crusty bread, to serve (optional)
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine steak, watercress, tomatoes, pears and nuts.
To make the blue cheese dressing, combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, mustard and blue cheese in a small bowl and season to taste.
Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving. Toss well and serve with crusty bread, if desired.
