Zesty Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10.5 oz orzo
    4 oz frozen peas
    1 None lemon, zested and juiced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp baby capers
    1 (15 oz) can tuna in springwater, drained, flaked
    3.5 oz baby spinach
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente. Add peas 1 min before end of cooking time. Drain then rinse under cold water. Drain again.
    Toss with remaining ingredients. Season and serve.
