Peach And Vanilla Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb light fruitcake, sliced
    1/4 cup sweet sherry or brandy
    4 oz peach jelly candies, chopped
    4 oz mango jelly candies, chopped
    1 (14 oz) can sliced peaches, drained
    500 g thick vanilla pudding
    2 1/2 cups cream, whipped
    2 oz dark chocolate, shaved
Preparation
    Place cake slices into the base of 8 (1 cup) glasses or bowls. Drizzle sherry or brandy evenly between glasses.
    Top with jellies and peaches. Pour the pudding over and top with cream. Chill until ready to serve. Sprinkle with chocolate curls to serve.
