Chunky Chocolate Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz dark chocolate, broken into pieces, plus 2 oz extra to decorate
    3 tbsp honey
    5 1/2 tbsp butter
    3.5 oz graham crackers, broken into large pieces
    3.5 oz candied cherries
    3/4 cup dried apricots, halved
    1/2 cup raisins
Preparation
    Combine chocolate, honey and butter. Gently heat, stirring, until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and fold in graham crackers and dried fruit. Transfer to a 3 inch nonstick cake pan and chill for 2 hours, or until firm.
    Melt reserved chocolate and drizzle over cake to decorate. Chill for 30 mins, until set.
