Cider Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1.4 litres clear apple juice
    750 ml ginger ale
    750 ml cider
    2 medium oranges, sliced
    2 medium lemons, sliced
    1 bunch lemon balm, leaves plucked
    750 ml mineral water
    None None ice
    None None Calvados, if using
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together the apple juice, ginger ale, cider, oranges and lemons. Leave to rest for about 30 minutes then stir in the lemon balm and top up with mineral water and ice. You can add a drop of Calvados to further improve the flavor.
