12 tbsp (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 None egg
1 None egg yolk
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
2/3 cup coarsely chopped hazelnuts
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Line 2 baking pans with parchment paper.
Beat butter, sugars and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer until pale and creamy. Beat in egg and yolk until fluffy and well combined.
Sift flour and soda into a bowl. Fold into dough with chocolate chips and hazelnuts.
Roll heaping tablespoons of dough into balls and arrange 2 inches apart on prepared pans. Flatten slightly using floured fingertips.
Bake for 10-15 mins, until golden. Cool in pans 5 mins. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
