Pesto And Bacon Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces flatbread
    1/4 cup pesto
    5 slices bacon, chopped
    3.5 oz button mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 None red onion, sliced
    2 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
    None None baby arugula, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line 2 large baking trays with parchment paper. Place flatbread on prepared trays.
    Spread pesto evenly over bread. Top with bacon, mushrooms and onion. Sprinkle grated mozzarella over top. Bake for 10-15 mins, until golden and crisp.
    Serve topped with baby arugula.
