Zucchini And Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
1 None small zucchini, grated
1/2 cup pitted dates, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 None eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
None None butter, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper. Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda together. Add sugar, zucchini, dates and walnuts. Whisk together oil, eggs and vanilla extract then mix in until just combined. Transfer to prepared pan, smooth top and bake for 50-55 mins, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve sliced, with butter.
