Balsamic Lamb With Fattoush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 None lamb loin chops (about 1 3/4 lbs)
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    None None FOR THE FATTOUSH
    2 None pita breads, toasted and broken into pieces
    1 small cucumber, seeded and thinly sliced
    3 None tomatoes, seeded and thinly sliced
    1 None red onion, thinly sliced
    2 None green onions, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp sweet paprika
Preparation
    Heat an oiled grill pan on high heat or preheat the grill to medium-high. Brush the lamb with the combined vinegar, oil and garlic. Grill the lamb until cooked to desired doneness. Cover to keep warm.
    Meanwhile, for the fattoush, place the pita and vegetables in a large bowl.
    Whisk the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle over the salad and toss gently to combine.
    Serve the lamb with the fattoush.
