Homemade Granola Bars - cooking recipe

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
2/3 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2/3 cup finely chopped dried pineapple
2/3 cup slivered almonds
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 11-by-7-inch pan; line base and long sides with parchment, extending paper 1 inch over edges.
Heat butter, sugar, and honey in a medium saucepan; stir until sugar dissolves. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Press mixture firmly into pan; bake about 20 mins. Cool completely in pan before cutting.
