Chocolate Cookies With Sprinkles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, at room temperature
    1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
    1 cup self-rising flour
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    3 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
    1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and creamy. Add condensed milk and beat until combined.
    Sift flour and cocoa powder over butter mixture. Beat until well combined. Roll tablespoons of mixture into 20 balls. Place on prepared pan, leaving room for slight spreading. Using a fork, flatten balls into 2-inch rounds.
    Bake for 10-12 mins. Cool on baking sheets 2 mins. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
    Spoon melted chocolate onto each cookie. Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles. Let stand until chocolate is set.
