Peach Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (21 oz) peach pie filling
    1 cup untoasted muesli
    1/4 cup flaked coconut
    2 tbsp sugar
    3 tbsp cold butter, chopped
Preparation
    Spray a shallow 3-cup microwave-safe ceramic dish with no stick cooking spray. Place peaches in prepared dish.
    Combine muesli, coconut and sugar in a medium bowl. Using fingertips, rub in butter until combined. Sprinkle muesli mixture evenly over peaches. Microwave on High (100%) for 2 mins or until hot. Microwave on Medium (50%) for 2 mins more. Carefully remove from oven. Let stand for 5 mins before serving. Serve ice cream, if desired.
