Mediterranean Panini With Salami, Chargrilled Peppers, Sundried Tomato And Goat Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp basil, cashew and Parmesan dip
    1 None sandwich roll, split
    3 slices Spanish salami
    3.5 oz chargrilled pepper, sliced
    2 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
    1 oz crumbled goat cheese
    3 tbsp baby spinach
Preparation
    Preheat a panini maker. Spread 1 tbsp basil, cashew and Parmesan dip over insides of bread. Top with remaining ingredients.
    Close roll and toast for 2-3 mins, until golden brown.
