Vietnamese Chicken And Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 None rotisserie chicken, meat shredded
    1/4 head Chinese cabbage (wombok), finely shredded
    1/4 head red cabbage, finely shredded
    2 None medium carrots, peeled, coarsely grated
    4 None spring onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
    1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves
    1/4 cup roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
    2 tbsp mayonnaise
    1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
    2 tbsp fish sauce
    1 tbsp brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine shredded chicken, cabbage, carrots, 1/2 the onions, herbs and 1/2 the peanuts in a large serving bowl.
    Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, fish sauce and sugar then pour over salad and toss to combine.
    Serve salad sprinkled with remaining onions and peanuts.
