Herb Marinated Grilled Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup orange juice
    3 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp assorted fresh herbs, chopped
    1/2 tsp orange zest
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 None bell peppers, seeded, quartered
    6 None scallions, trimmed
    3 None baby zucchini, halved lengthwise
    6 None baby pattypan squash, halved vertically
    2 None medium tomatoes, halved vertically
Preparation
    Preheat grill.
    Whisk together orange juice, olive oil, herbs and orange zest. Add vegetables and toss to combine. Set aside to marinate for 15 mins.
    Remove vegetables from marinade and grill, brushing with marinade, for 5 mins, or until tender. Arrange on a serving platter and season.
